Description
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Manager to lead community engagement, startup support, and innovation initiatives in Jakarta. This role involves fostering a thriving ecosystem by connecting startups, students, investors, and partners, while driving programs that support entrepreneurship, co-innovation, and market expansion.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the local startup and innovation community, ensuring strong engagement and collaboration.
- Build relationships with startups, investors, mentors, and universities to support talent and business growth.
- Organize and execute events, workshops, and networking sessions to foster innovation and entrepreneurship.
- Act as the main point of contact for community members, providing guidance, support, and resources.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with universities, incubators, and corporate stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain strong ties with local universities and student-led entrepreneurship networks, facilitating student engagement and startup collaborations.
- Represent the organization in the ecosystem, promoting its values and vision through events and media.
- Track and analyze community engagement metrics to refine strategies and enhance impact.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in community management, startup support, or innovation programs.
- Strong background in working with students, startups, investors, and educational institutions.
- Prior experience in startup acceleration, ecosystem-building, or talent development is a plus.
- Proficiency in English.
- Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for entrepreneurship, co-innovation, and ecosystem development.
