ERP Consultant
Description
We are looking for an ERP Consultant with 4–8 years of experience to join our Indonesia-based team. While NetSuite is our core platform, we welcome consultants from other ERP backgrounds who are eager to grow their NetSuite expertise and thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional consulting environment.
Responsibilities
- Analyze client business processes and gather functional requirements.
- Design and deliver ERP solutions across multiple business functions.
- Collaborate with clients and project teams throughout the ERP lifecycle, from pre-sales to post go-live support.
- Support business transformation initiatives, including solution design, implementation, and user enablement.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder discussions.
- Contribute to internal initiatives, mentoring, and continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications
- 4–8 years of experience in ERP consulting or implementation.
- Experience with NetSuite or other ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Strong understanding of business processes and cross-functional ERP solutions.
- Solid consulting fundamentals, including client communication and stakeholder management.
- Comfortable working across pre-sales, implementation, change management, and support phases.
- Growth-oriented, adaptable, and motivated to build a career in consulting.
