Techno-Functional Integration Consultant
Description

We are looking for a Techno-Functional Integration Consultant who combines strong ERP functional knowledge with hands-on integration experience. This role sits at the intersection of business consulting and technology—working closely with clients to design, build, and deliver scalable ERP integration solutions using iPaaS platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Work with clients to understand business requirements, ERP processes, and data flows.
  • Design and implement end-to-end system integrations across enterprise platforms.
  • Configure and manage iPaaS solutions (e.g. Boomi, Mulesoft, Informatica, Jitterbit Harmony).
  • Translate complex business processes into scalable technical integration designs.
  • Debug and resolve integration issues, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborate with project and technical teams throughout the ERP integration lifecycle.
  • Prepare clear technical and functional documentation for both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Take ownership of integration delivery and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Proven hands-on experience with iPaaS platforms (Boomi preferred; Mulesoft, Informatica, or Jitterbit Harmony acceptable).
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and business data flows (NetSuite and/or SAP experience is a plus).
  • Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, data mapping, and authentication methods.
  • Experience scripting with JavaScript (or similar) and working knowledge of SQL for troubleshooting.
  • Solid understanding of system architecture, data models, and integration best practices.
  • Strong client-facing and consulting skills, with the ability to present solutions and build trusted relationships.
  • Able to work independently, take ownership, and grow into an Integration SME role.
  • Experience mentoring junior team members is a plus
  • Open to occasional travel to Singapore for client engagements.

Note: This role is not suitable for pure backend developers, functional consultants without technical exposure, data/ETL-only engineers, or QA-only profiles.
