Description

We are seeking experienced ERP Consultants (4–8 years of relevant experience) to join our team in Indonesia.

While our core ERP platform is Oracle NetSuite, we welcome professionals with strong backgrounds across other ERP systems who are excited to deepen their NetSuite expertise in a collaborative, cross-functional consulting environment.

This role offers exposure across the full ERP lifecycle — from discovery and solution design through implementation, change management, and post go-live support

Responsibilities
  • Gather business requirements and design end-to-end ERP solutions across functions using Oracle NetSuite
  • Support ERP projects from pre-sales through implementation and post go-live
  • Collaborate with clients and project teams to deliver scalable, business-driven solutions
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and change enablement activities
  • Manage priorities, risks, and project activities to ensure successful delivery
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
  • 4–8 years of experience in ERP consulting, implementation, or business systems transformation
  • Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as Oracle NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes across finance, operations, supply chain, and related functions
  • Proven consulting skills including requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and solution design
  • Comfortable working across pre-sales, implementation, change management, and post go-live phases
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment
  • Growth mindset with enthusiasm for learning, innovation, and building something new
