Customer Success Specialist
Description
We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to support the successful implementation and adoption of our healthcare technology solutions. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth deployment, provide training, gather feedback, and deliver an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document customer requirements.
- Support software implementation and deployment.
- Configure customer-specific settings and templates.
- Perform testing and validation before deployment.
- Conduct customer onboarding and user training.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the Product team.
- Support Proof of Concept (PoC) and pilot projects when required.
- Provide regular project updates to customers and internal teams.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and other departments.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of customer-facing experience in healthcare is preferred.
- Comfortable communicating with healthcare professionals.
- Interested in HealthTech and willing to learn new technologies.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, Python, or similar technologies is an advantage.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
